Mission Statement

St Laurence O Toole's National School is a Catholic primary school under the patronage of the Archbishop of Dublin, established in 1848 to serve the needs of the children and families of our community.

We aim to develop the moral qualities of peace, non-violence, right-action, truth, and love. St Laurence O’Toole’s life exemplified God’s love and desire for peace.

This is embedded in our everyday practice of nurture, restorative practice, zones of regulation and by being a value led school. Teaching and learning at St Laurence O'Toole's N.S. is underpinned by our Catholic values. Our school models and promotes a philosophy of Catholic and Christian life.
